Shipping & Payment

Prices

• All prices listed in the online shop are in EUR and are net prices. 
•  If paying in advance, please transfer the total invoice amount only after receiving the order confirmation. 
•  Our order confirmation shows the invoice amount for the ordered goods as well as the costs for packaging/shipping. 
• Any import duties, customs duties, and country-specific taxes are to be borne by the buyer.

Delivery & Shipping Costs

• Delivery is ex works. 
• Shipping costs can be requested separately. We also offer transport insurance, the costs of which are borne by the buyer. 
• For exports that require a customs export declaration, we charge a processing fee of €50 plus VAT.

Payment methods

• Payments must be made exclusively to the account specified on the invoice. 
• Standard: Payment within 30 days of invoicing and delivery. 
• We reserve the right to request advance payment in certain cases (e.g., international deliveries or first-time orders).
