Ordering
Why can only dealers place orders?
Varga System GmbH supplies exclusively resellers (B2B) and specialist dealers. Our product range is intended not for own use, but for resale. We are therefore unable to supply commercial end users who wish to purchase products for their own use. We kindly ask for your understanding.
Who qualifies as a dealer?
Dealers are commercial resellers who purchase goods not for their own use, but for the purpose of resale. A valid business license or commercial register entry is required. Commercial entrepreneurs within the meaning of our General Terms and Conditions are natural persons, legal entities or partnerships with legal capacity who enter into a business relationship with us in the course of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
Do you check whether I am a dealer?
Yes. We carefully verify the information you provide, for example on the basis of your business license, commercial register extract or a valid VAT identification number. Delivery is only possible if dealer status (reseller) can be clearly proven.
Can I purchase products as a private customer or commercial end user?
Our products cannot be purchased directly by private customers (consumers) or commercial end users. We supply exclusively resellers (B2B) and specialist dealers.
Private individuals as well as commercial end users can obtain our products through our authorized specialist dealers. We will gladly provide you with an up-to-date list of our dealers upon request. Please send an email to info@varga-system.com
Why do I need a customer account?
The customer account is for your convenience when placing repeat orders. We will activate the account as soon as we have verified your details.
I cannot see any prices. What should I do?
Our prices are visible only to registered and activated resellers and specialist dealers. Please register and create a customer account first. After successful verification and activation by Varga System GmbH, you can view the prices in our shop.
How can I delete my customer account?
You can request deletion of your customer account at any time in writing (letter or email to info@varga-system.com). If data is required to process an ongoing contract, it will be deleted immediately after the contract has been fully settled and payment is complete. For your security, we reserve the right to verify the deletion request by phone. The retention of data in accordance with tax and commercial law retention periods remains unaffected.
Can I order from you as a business outside the EU?
Yes, in principle commercial customers can order in our online shop regardless of their company’s location. German law always applies according to our Terms and Conditions. Please note: Questions regarding customs and tax regulations must be clarified in individual cases. Acceptance of the contract by Varga System GmbH will only take place after these points have been satisfactorily clarified for both sides. In such cases, we will contact you directly.
Why do I receive an order confirmation?
After submitting your order, you will automatically receive an email summarizing your order. This is for your security and confirms that we have received your order. It does not yet constitute an order acceptance.
How does my order become binding?
Your binding order is placed by submitting the shopping cart. Legally, this is a binding purchase offer to us (see Terms and Conditions), which we accept by sending an order confirmation.
Will I receive a binding order confirmation?
The order confirmation is sent by a separate email. With it, a binding contract is concluded for the ordered products according to our Terms and Conditions.
In which currency are the prices displayed?
All prices are stated in euros (EUR). Please note that import duties, customs, and taxes in the respective destination country are to be borne by the buyer.
How is delivery & shipping handled?
Delivery is ex works. Shipping costs are borne by the customer; these can be provided on request in advance. Upon request, we offer transport insurance, the costs of which are also borne by the buyer. For exports where a customs export declaration is required, an additional processing fee of €50 plus VAT applies.
How is payment handled?
Payment is made exclusively to the account specified on the invoice. The standard payment term is 30 days after invoicing and delivery. For foreign deliveries or first orders, we reserve the right to require prepayment.
