Our Story

A new chapter for proven Swiss precision

In December 2024, the long-established Mechanik Muntelier AG in Switzerland ceased operations. That could have marked the end of an era — but the VARGA brand lives on. With the founding of Varga System GmbH, we assumed responsibility to secure the future of VARGA precision products and ensure continuity for our customers.

All rights, production equipment, and know-how were acquired, enabling the proven range of precision saws to continue in the accustomed quality. Supported by the former owners of Mechanik Muntelier AG, a new production site has been established in Germany — with modernised processes, clear quality standards, and a commitment to combining reliability with sustainable growth.
